Leilania was on stage with Three 6 Mafia last night...

(4/21/09 Tuesday) Gabriel and I picked up The Snake Handler at 6:30pm to be in LA by 10pm for a private birthday bash for a club owner. At the entrance of Les Deux http://www.dolcegroup.com/lesdeux/ is a black panther roaming in circles behind a velvet guard rail and a black baby grand piano adorned by candles and rose pedals. I enter to green room to find naked ladies being painted in gold and models/waitresses getting their hair and makeup done. I get ready in my Egyptian gold belly dance costume and sprinkle way too much gold shimmer all over my body, down a glass of wine as my 'snake handler' is calling for me, and then walk out into open air green room to find the client, handler and gabriel waiting to escort me into the crowd of people. I place my gold Isis Wings around my neck and am adorned with snakes.

We begin to enter the open court yard, which is quickly filling with people. This black tie event is amazing. All the men are in tuxes and all the women are in pretty much what ever they want to be in, as long as it is short and sexy. I work the crowd for a bit with Alice and Vladimir (the snakes), then pass the stage, head up the stairs and crawl through a window onto the slightly slanted roof to perform.  The sea of people below raise their heads as i open my Isis Wings and revel snakes slithering around my waist.

I had an amazing view. I could see the excitement and awe in people as they watched my sultry moves. The setting and audience response truly made me feel like a golden snake goddess.   Then... the fire dancers come out on the stage lower left to me. The audience watches the sexy due in amazement.  As the show ends the spot light and prohjections sine on me again and the audience smiles as i sit on the edge of the roof, legs dangling into the crowd, as i play with my peach silk veil in the wind. This is followed by a passionate Tango duet lower stage left. Then me with my sword balanced on my head and snakes undulating around my waist. Then...

Three 6 Mafia http://www.three6-mafia.com/ played live! The crowd went wild.  And lastly everyones on stage (Three 6 Mafia and me dancing next to each other and having a great time)  while the golden girls, in only g-strings and gold pasties, present the birthday man his huge golden cake.  The Dj went off and everyone went crazy with the open bar and good times. We didn't get back to San Diego until 4am. So finally i am recovered from last nights show ( it's now 10pm Wed.). It was amazing. I want more shows like that! :)
